A powerful receipe for a peaceful life

"Learn to love without condition. Talk without bad intention. Give without any reason. And most of all, care for people without any expectation."

This quote, which I shared five years ago, speaks even louder in my heart today. While it’s not always easy to apply these words consistently in our lives, I truly believe it is possible—with intention, humility, and grace.

Too often, we spend our energy spotting the faults in others, judging quickly, or holding onto offense. But doing so only creates unrest and suffering within us. Many of us identify as Christians, as followers of Jesus, or as lovers of God—yet we often struggle to forgive those who hurt us, whether intentionally or not.

We get offended by others’ actions, forgetting that everyone is navigating their own pain, traumas, or challenges. Sometimes, people act in ways that trigger old wounds in us, but what if we chose compassion instead of judgment? What if we strove to forgive as Christ teaches?

Jesus summarized the entire law into two great commandments:

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.”

“Love your neighbor as yourself.”

(Matthew 22:37–39)

And when Peter asked Him how many times we should forgive someone, Jesus replied:

“I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.”

(Matthew 18:22)

This is a call to practice unconditional love.

Even in His final moments, as He endured suffering, betrayal, and cruelty from the very people He healed, fed, and taught, Jesus said:

“Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”

(Luke 23:34)

What a powerful example of love without condition.

We’re all on a life journey—carrying burdens, scars, and unseen battles. We all have moments when our actions hurt others unintentionally. So let’s extend to others the same grace we hope to receive.

Let us love without condition.

Speak without bad intention.

Give freely, and care deeply—without expectation.

This is how we become vessels of divine love in a broken world.
